Mentorship
Mentors serves as reentry guides, offering their experience, strength, and hope to help others meet challenges of reentry. There are thousands of resources available to help you get back on your feet, but it’s often difficult to know where to start. Our peer mentors have experienced incarceration and successful reentry. They provide ongoing guidance and support, and make connections to important resources within the community, including affordable housing, referrals for medical assistance, substance abuse recovery meetings, and transportation.
Mentoring relationships are a shared opportunity for learning and growth on both ends. Many of our mentors have shared that the rewards they gain are as valuable as those of their mentees. Learn how to get connected and make a difference in someone’s life!
Connection is the key to success. Fill out the form below to find or become a mentor.
